BBC Radio 1 DJ Greg James was almost knocked off his bike during a ride around London with Channel 5 presenter Jeremy Vine - but some have claimed he was in the wrong.
Vine is known for documenting his cycling journeys in and around London on his X account and was recently joined by Greg James, however, their trip took a turn when James was almost involved in an accident.
The Channel 5 presenter always films his journeys and posted his recent ride on his X account, and captioned the clip: "Blimey. I ask @BBCR1 ledge @gregjames how he stays safe on his bike, and this happens."
In the clip, Vine and Greg were chatting before they noticed a van knock over and proceeded to drive over a Lime bike as it turned down the same road as them.
The van began to slow, leaving the pair of bikers to also decrease their speed before Vine swung past and James stopped directly behind the van which was positioned at an angle in the middle of the street.
Before they could adjust their positioning, the van began to reverse and left James to bang on the back of it to warn the driver he was right on his side.

Vine could be heard confronting the driver and claimed: "Oh God, for f*** sack. What the hell man, It’s the guy from Radio 1. You can’t back into Greg James."
The driver offered a quick apology as the men continued their ride, however, Vine was not impressed and said to James: "You did nothing wrong there, but you will be blamed for that.
"When that happened to me, someone backed into me, I was told I was hovering near the back of the van."
The 93-second clip, which has been viewed over 892,000 times, sparked a mixed response with his X followers, with one noting: "Why would you stop in a van's blind spot?"

Another joked: "Jeremy, I've come to the conclusion that bad driving follows you about. In all my years cycling I've never had as many near collisions as you have on a weekly basis. It's outrageous."
"He stopped his bike in the van's blind spot," a third penned before someone else said: "Oh look, there’s a van moving. Should I, 1) wait behind safely, or 2) get in their blind spot for the social media interactions?"
Someone else added: "You've seen him run over the fallen bike, you then see him stop at the next turn. And you both get behind him, you then slow up Greg James in getting clear while the van obviously struggling with the turns starts to reverse. Another example of your poor decision-making."
James seemed to have found the comments funny as he replied to Vine: "The comments and arguments on this video are unintentionally fucking hilarious." (sic)

The 38-year-old isn't the only BBC star who was involved in an accident this week as Nihal Arthanayake revealed to his social media followers he had been in a collision with a HGV on the motorway.
Arthanayake spoke about the incident on his X account and told his followers: "Two hours ago a lorry hit a car which hit me on the M60. I clung onto that steering wheel for dear life to try and keep the car steady and not hit the central reservation. Wife next to me and son in the back. Terrifying." (sic)
He went into depth about the incident on his Instagram account but revealed that luckily he, his wife and his son were not harmed.
