BBC Celebrity Mastermind viewers were incensed at the behaviour of Seann Walsh, 39, as he put on an animated display while appearing on the popular quiz programme.
Walsh is famed for his drama-stricken appearance on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018 that resulted in the end the relationship with his then girlfriend, actress Rebecca Humphries, after being photographed kissing his dancer Katya Jones.
The 39-year-old appeared on the show, hoping to win prize money for his chosen charity the QPR in the Community Trust.
However, he fell short with 12 points which saw him finish third of the four contestants.
He earned eight points on his specialist subject, the original Ghostbusters films, but fell apart in the general knowledge round.
Walsh’s behaviour in the second set quickly deteriorated as he struggled on each question, with his reactions leaving host Clive Myrie struggling to pose the next.

The comedian gesticulated dramatically to the other contestants sat off screen, squirmed in his seat, screeched and waved his arms in the air.
Myrie asked: “The full name of the synth pop group OMD, whose UK hit singles in the 1980s include Enola Gay, Souvenir and Joan Of Arc is Orchestral Manoeuvres in the what?”
“Intentia,” Walsh guessed while shrieking and curling up in the iconic black leather chair.
In another moment, Myrie posed: “A phlebotomist is a health care professional who specialises in taking samples of what bodily fluid?”

Walsh, pantomiming thinking hard, answered: “Head.”
“No, blood,” an unimpressed Myrie responded, sending the 39-year-old into another fit of manic wriggling and hollering.
Viewers were quick to share their disgust with Walsh’s “plain embarrassing” antics on social media and the programme drew to a close.
“What a total p***k that unfunny Seann Walsh is. Alleged comedian. Least likeable Mastermind contestant. Arrogant bore. #mastermind #CelebrityMastermind,” one fumed.
Another demanded: “Sean Walsh should forgo his fee for that embarrassing disrespectful effort.”
“I wish these celebrities would calm down, stop showing off, and just concentrate on the quiz. That comedian fella was unwatchable with all his screaming. ‘Celebrity’ #Mastermind,” a third observed.

A fourth questioned furiously: “Is he having some kind of breakdown or just being a silly t**t? #mastermind”
“Seann Walsh could at least have come on and *tried* to take this seriously. F*****g idiot!” a fifth raged.
The social media platform was awash with other expletive ridden posts aimed at the comedian and his behaviour on the show.
“Is #a***hole trending yet? #mastermind,” one asked cheekily.
