Death in Paradise fan-favourite Tahj Miles, who played lovable Officer Marlon Pryce, has addressed his departure from the long-running BBC comedy-drama.
Marlon entered the fray back in season 10 as a young offender on the island of Saint Marie who's been on quite the transformative arc ever since.
Commissioner Selwyn Patterson (played by Don Warrington) decided the best punishment for Marlon was to integrate him into the Youth Offenders Police scheme and just three seasons later, he was a fully-fledged officer.
But with season 13 in full swing, the time came in Sunday's episode for Marlon to pack his bags.
He left his colleagues rather disappointed when he revealed he'd be leaving Saint Marie for Jamaica where his sister had bagged a scholarship.
A returning JP Hooper (Tobi Bakare) was on hand to provide some consolation to fans but before long, social media was awash with disgruntled fans expressing their dismay at having to see Marlon go.
