Amandaland star Peter Serafinowicz has reportedly split from his actress wife Sarah Alexander after 23 years together.
The actor, 51, and the Coupling actress, 53, have quietly separated, according to sources.
"It's very sad, but the split is recent," a source told the Daily Mail.
The pair, who tied the knot in 2002, had been considered one of the UK's most low-key showbiz couples, with the separation marking the end of a long-term relationship between two established British television personalities.
Serafinowicz and Alexander share two children together, a son Sam and a daughter Phoebe.
Before meeting Serafinowicz, Alexander was in a relationship with actor Gerald Harper, who is 40 years her senior.

Meanwhile, Alexander found fame in the States by starring on US series Teachers, produced by NBC, and also appeared in Jonathan Creek and Green Wing.
Serafinowicz recently opened up about his ADHD diagnosis, which came when he was 40 years old.
"I only found out 10 years ago, and really even more recently than that - like a year or two ago - realised just how severely it's affected my life," he told i Paper.
"Having ADHD for me, it's like being a genius, and also being a total idiot. Some things I can do really super well, and there are some very, very, very basic things that I find almost impossible."
He now co-hosts the podcast "I'm ADHD, No You're Not" with Paul Whitehouse and Dr Mine Conkbayir MBE.
Amandaland has been renewed for a second series on BBC1, following its success as the second biggest comedy launch for the BBC in recent years, behind only Ludwig.

A Christmas special has also been commissioned, with reports suggesting it has already been filmed.
