Ant McPartlin welcomed his first child on Tuesday with wife Anne-Marie Corbett, with the news announced on Ant and Dec's joint Instagram account.
McPartlin's ex-wife Lisa Armstrong also took to social media to share a cryptic post following the news.
Armstrong was married to the presenter for 11 years before they called time on their relationship in 2018 with a messy divorce.
There seems to have been a lot of animosity between the pair, particularly with Corbett having previously worked as the former couples' PA.
McPartlin, 48, and Corbett, 46, tied the knot in 2021 and earlier this year announced the news of their pregnancy.
Sharing a snap of McPartlin holding his newborn son, the host revealed the baby's name as he wrote: "Welcome to the family.
"Wilder Patrick Mcpartlin. Born, 14/05/24 at 8.54am. Baby is beautiful, Mummy’s a legend, Sisters are over the moon. Dad’s a mess."
Armstrong, 47, shared a sad quote her social media about facing "battles".
Taking to her Instagram stories, she posted a snap which read: "Be proud of how you have been handling these past few months.
"The silent battles you've fought, the moments you've had to humble yourself, the times you've wiped your own tears. Celebrate your strength."

Despite the difficulties Armstrong and her ex seemed to have faced, it was recently reported the makeup artist is making a fresh start.
A source stated last month that Armstrong has done "a lot of healing over the past few years."
Speaking to OK!, they commented: "Lisa knows Ant is ready to move on with the next chapter of his life - she doesn’t want to be angry anymore.
"She's done a lot of healing over the past few years and spent so much time being upset and angry about everything.

"It has been exhausting but she has done a lot of work on herself. It seems everyone is having a fresh start with the end of the show and Ant’s new chapter in his life, so Lisa wants to make sure she’s in a good place."
Armstrong demonstrated support for her former husband just weeks ago when his long-term show, Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, came to an end after 20 years on air.
Armstrong liked a social media post honouring the pair following the milestone which described the comedy duo as "simply the best".
