Actor Jon Voight has told the world he is "very disappointed" in his daughter Angelina Jolie for having "no understanding of God's honour" when it comes to her views on the Israel-Hamas conflict.
Jolie has been vocal in her condemnation of Israel's response to the October 7 attacks by terrorist group Hamas as the civilian death toll continues to rise.
Last week, Jolie shared a photo on her Instagram of the aftermath of what appears to be one of Israel's strikes and she claimed the civilians in Gaza were being "collectively punished and dehumanised, all while being deprived food, medicine and humanitarian aid against international law".
She also claimed that world leaders who refused to call for a ceasefire were "complicit" in these alleged crimes.
In response, Voight took to Instagram with a video of his own, where he spoke directly down the camera with a USA flag behind him.
"I am very disappointed that my daughter, like so many, has no understanding of God's honor, God's truths," Voight began.
"This is about destroying the history of God's land, the Holy Land, the land of the Jews.

"This is justice for God's children of the Holy land. Israel, the Israeli army must protect thy soil, thy people. This is war.
"It's not going to be what the left thinks, it can't be civil now.
"Israel was attacked by inhuman terror on innocent babies, mothers, fathers, grandparents," he continued.
Voight's speech went on: "You fools call Israel the problem, you should look at yourself and ask who am I? What am I?
"And ask God, 'Am I learning the truth, or am I being lied to and following everyone else?' My friends, the ones who understand truth see the lie.

"They understand Israel has been attacked and these animals want to wipe out Jews, and Christians.
"They see that the Palestinians have not been neglected of finance, they have been given huge infusions of money, that they didn't share with the people. They made weapons instead, for their rage."
"The people of Israel care for people. They love and cherish. Something these animals don't understand. Well, my friends of all nations... justice will prevail.
"We all want peace, we want love, don't we? But we can't be with these animals!
"Hamas and this deceit of their ruling is destroying their own people, not Israel."
Voight went on to describe the response of Israel's soldiers as "heroism" before insisting Jews "survived the Holocaust and now will survive this Hamas Holocaust".
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Jolie's latest post which was shared online 48 hours before Voight's read in full: "This is the deliberate bombing of a trapped population who have nowhere to flee. Gaza has been an open-air prison for nearly two decades and is fast becoming a mass grave.
"40% of those killed are innocent children. Whole families are being murdered. While the world watches and with the active support of many governments, millions of Palestinian civilians - children, women, families - are being collectively punished and dehumanized, all while being deprived food, medicine and humanitarian aid against international law.
"By refusing to demand a humanitarian ceasefire and blocking the UN Security Council from imposing one on both parties, world leaders are complicit in these crimes." (sic)
