Angela Rippon has shared a glimpse at the preparations she and professional dancer Kai Widdrington are taking part in ahead of their return to the dance floor during Saturday's Strictly finale.
The duo missed out on a spot in the final after losing their Blackpool Week dance-off to eventual finalist Bobby Brazier - a result which left Widdrington in tears as they said their farewells.
Rippon, 79, wowed the judges and audiences alike during her time on the series with her routines - a leg lift during her debut dance was undoubtedly a standout.
However, her tenure wasn't short of controversy as Rippon faced "fix" claims and opened up about an "upsetting" ordeal she faced during her time on the show.
But Rippon beamed with excitement in a new social media clip as she and Widdrington prepare to reunite with the rest of the cast of Strictly 2023 - although Amanda Abbington won't be returning.
"Hi, it's Angela and Kai and we're back in the Strictly Come Dancing studio!" Rippon gleefully said as she recorded alongside Widdrington.
Angela Rippon's split move was the highlight of her Strictly Come Dancing stint
BBCWiddrington weighed in: "Here we are. No glitz, no glam - not until Saturday anyway."
Rippon replied: "No, but what he have got is the professionals and the celebs.
"All the returning celebrities from the beginning of the series, we're all back and learning a routine.
"We're learning a dance for Saturday so make sure you join us and tune in, it's going to be fun."
Rippon accompanied the clip with the caption: "Well look who’s back! All the professionals and celebrities are back in the Strictly studio learning one final big routine. I can’t wait for you all to see it on Saturday night’s final."
Before long, a number of Rippon's fans replied with their excitable reactions to the clip, including one who replied: "Will be lovely to see all the couples back for the Final. So many left too soon."
"Yes! Can't wait to see you dance again xx," a second said while a third added: "Love this, am really looking forward to Saturday!"
"You too are so sweet together," another added followed by a love heart emoji while the likes of Carlos Gu, Shirley Ballas and Gorka Marquez all liked the post. (sic)

Rippon and her Strictly co-stars will be on hand to cheer on this year's final three as they battle it out for the Glitterball Trophy.
Layton Williams, Brazier and Leach are this year's finalists all hoping to impress the judges and BBC viewers.
Ahead of the finale, Leach is the odds-on frontrunner to lift the trophy ahead of her fellow finalists.
However, the final hasn't been short of controversy before it's even begun, with some viewers feeling Annabel Croft was "robbed" of her spot at the occasion.
Meanwhile, Brazier's choice for his and Dianne Buswell's favourite routine to perform again has also sparked fury.
