Amy Dowden has shared a major update about her working life after being kept away from commitments over the past few months as it was too "risky" amid her cancer treatment.
The Strictly Come Dancing pro shared an emotional video after she completed her course of chemotherapy earlier this month but was soon back in hospital after breaking her foot, leaving her "gutted" and heartbroken".
But while she still has her foot in a protective boot, Dowden has revealed she's returned to the studio to help instruct the students at her dance school.
The huge milestone in Dowden's recovery and career comes just a few days after she defied the odds to join her Strictly co-stars in Blackpool for the iconic round of the competition.
Dowden shared the exciting update with her Instagram followers where she posted a clip of the students practicing in the studio.
She penned in the accompanying caption: "Also loved being back with my AIM family (my dance school last night) even with a broken foot I can instruct!

"Missed these so much these past few months," she admitted. "With treatment, it was too risky to be around the studio! But now I'm BACK." (sic)
Her return to the dance studio comes as Dowden eyes up a return to Strictly in 2024 after she was forced to pull out of this year's series due to her diagnosis.
The updates kept from Dowden on Friday as she was a picture of positivity and revealed the major changes taking place at her home.
Dowden and her husband Benjamin Jones have been busy building and renovating a huge chunk of their house and the dancer gave fans a progress update.
"Loads of you have been asking me how is the home renovations going," Dowden said in a separate clip as she turned the camera onto the work being done.
She explained: "Well, there you can see a little bit of it. Lots to do but very exciting... 2024 guys is gonna be my year, yeah!
"Here's a little insight, we're changing everything! But it's gonna be a lot of fun and very exciting."
And the excitement didn't stop there as Dowden showed off the festive overhaul the interior of her home is undergoing.

Speaking to the camera in another video, Dowden explained: "I know it's not quite December but after the year I've had and now the foot... we are putting up the Christmas decorations!
"I've got my little elves to come and help me," Dowden laughed as she turned the camera to show her pals helping her out.
She signed off: "We're turning the Jones house into Christmas... my favourite time of the year! I cannot wait!"
