Amanda Holden is returning to the Britain’s Got Talent judging panel for another series of weird and wonderful acts
Amanda Holden recently expressed she had some serious concerns over Simon Cowell's safety during a "dangerous" weapons stunt at the recent Britain's Got Talent auditions in Blackpool.
The incident happened during filming for the upcoming series of the ITV talent show at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool.
Holden claimed there was a concerning lack of health and safety measures during one of the stunts being performed.
She recalled the scary moment during her Heart Breakfast show on Monday alongside JK (Jason King) and shared her concern for Cowell at the time.
"I mean so dangerous that I looked at the producers and just thought I didn't know how sensible it was for him to be part of it. The only note Simon was given was 'Don't move!’”
However, during the act, Cowell did move after feeling the weapon pass dangerously close to his head - prompting his fellow judges to shriek in shock.

"Course he moved because he said he could feel the wind of this particular... I'm going to say weapon right by his head, and I mean, it was horrible to watch," Holden explained.
As well as her wanting to see her fellow judge and friend back to safety, she also highlighted her frustrations at the lack of safety measures implemented.
“You know how like this world has got too much of the hi-vis and health and safety? It drives me nuts, but I was like 'Where were they?'"
The dangerous act was further complicated by hazardous stage conditions.

"The act involved a lot of food and a lot of crushing, so the stage was very slippy," Holden revealed on Heart Breakfast.
She explained that even with safety measures in place, there remained significant risks due to the sliding floor.
"I just don't understand — it was mad! But anyway, bearing all of that in mind and, obviously, Simon's bravery, he then had to go and get changed!" she added.
The combination of weapons and slippery conditions left the veteran judge particularly concerned about her colleague's well-being during the performance.
Britain's Got Talent is currently filming its latest series of auditions and will see Holden, Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli as well as guest judge KSI return to the judging panel.
Holden has been on the show since its launch in 2007, and over the years has seen some of the most weird and wonderful acts.
