Alan Halsall and Coleen Rooney are set to take part in Monday night’s Bushtucker Trial on I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, but a sneak peek shows a mishap that leaves Ant and Dec in hysterics.

The duo will take part in The Farmyard of Fear, hoping to win 10 stars for camp.

It seems their goal was to fill a bath up with unpleasant products, with Coronation Street star Halsall, 42, having to collect a mess of rotten eggs and other nasty substances in a tray strapped around his neck.

He then poured the by-products from a balcony down to Rooney, who took the wheelbarrow full of gross items into the bath.

In one chaotic moment shown in a preview clip though, Halsall collects a black liquid in his tray by angling his head under a tube dispensing it.

However, not realising Rooney has left with her wheelbarrow, he pours the liquid below, causing hosts Ant and Dec to howl with laughter.

Donnelly can be heard commenting: “What a waste over the blunder.

It comes after Sunday night’s episode saw Rooney, 38, in tears after the camp received their letters from home in an emotional scene.

Reading out former football star Wayne Rooney’s letter to Coleen, Dean McCullough stated: “Coleen, I have never missed you so much in my life.

"But you are doing amazing and showing everyone your character and what a wonderful and humble woman you are. I am so proud of you and can’t wait to see you. I love you 10, Wayne.”

In tears, Rooney thanked McCullough for reading the letter and later told the Bush Telegraph: “Thank you. Thank you. Tonight was... Oh, it just warmed my heart.”

Rooney wasn’t the only one who was affected by the letter, as soap star Halsall also broke down in tears when hearing from his daughter, Sienna.

His letter read: “To Daddy, I love you and I miss you so much. I'm really excited to see you and give you the biggest cuddle in the world.

"I've been wearing my lovely necklace every day. When you come back, please can we do the Christmas tree together?

“Are you in the Christmas spirit yet? Because I am but I just need you to be with me.

"I am really missing you tickling me under the chin but most of all, I am missing you. Your daughter, Sienna, kiss, kiss, kiss and there's a heart sign."

The public are now voting for the celebrity they want to keep in the show, with McCullough, 32, having made his exit last night.

His exit comes after Loose Women star Jane Moore became the first to leave camp on Saturday night, for which the 62-year-old complained "hard work does not pay off," after pointing out how much work she had done around the camp.
