Lee Juggurnauth made his big TV break in 2021 after joining the Channel 4 hit, but he recently opened up on the "worst year of my life" before working on the show.
Before turning his hand to real estate and holiday homes, Juggurnauth worked in the music industry as a runner before working his way up the ladder and working with the likes of Lulu, Billy Ocean, and Take That.
Touring all over the world enabled Juggurnauth to discover some spectacular properties which sparked his interest in creative design and helping people find their perfect home in the sun.
Before finding his feet in the world of TV, Juggurnauth admitted that he went through some tough times and worked on becoming a "completely different" person before reaching the milestone age of 30.
Speaking about getting help from a life coach, he told The Three podcast with Azalea Reason: "Everything that could have been thrown at me, was thrown at me.
"I think as a man, as a woman, when you are reaching a certain age - and it was about 29, going through a few things in life - I wasn't comfortable with who I was and what was going on. It was a rough year. I was a completely different person."

He went on: "He was someone I could rely on, I could express myself to, without being judged by friends, family, whatever. He was someone on a completely even playing field, who helped me get my life into perspective."
Juggurnauth also discussed his previous life working in the music industry: "I panicked and did a law conversion course for a year but knew deep down it wasn’t me.
"I became an unpaid intern at a music company and began to work with great people - like Lulu, Take That and Billy [Ocean]."
Since his time on A Place in the Sun, he has become more familiar with the entertainment industry and previously had some suggestions to take the Channel 4 series to the next level.
The star opened up on his recent troubles and not feeling comfortable with himself
Calling for a celebrity version of the series, he told The Sun: "They do need to make a celeb version. We should pitch the show, we can produce the whole show."
Discussing who he would want to work with, he revealed: "Barack Obama and Michelle because they would be very good house guests. But I think Adele, I think we would have fun looking at properties because she is very black and white.
"Her going around would be fantastic TV. She would be great. There’s always people that come up to me in the industry and go like ‘Lee where do you recommend, where should we buy’."
Whilst jetting off to beautiful hot countries may seem like the dream, Laura Hamilton recently opened up on what she thought was the hardest part of the job.
