The presenter, 42, recently purchased a home in Mallorca
A Place in the Sun star Laura Hamilton has starred in the hit Channel 4 series since 2012, and has since become a household name among the property experts.
After years of showing sun-seekers around exotic places and beautiful homes, she is delighted to have recently purchased her first home abroad.
Hamilton, 42, bought a house in the Spanish island of Mallorca, explaining it would need to be fixed up, but that she's excited about the project.
Speaking exclusively to GB News, the presenter explained: "I just bought a house in Mallorca. I'm not living in it at the moment."
When probed about whether she would ever be tempted to make a permanent move overseas, she explained her life is very much in England.
"You know, my children go to school in the UK, so that's where my home is - in the UK, but I have my holiday home in Mallorca."

She went on to detail how she was looking forward to bringing her "vision" for the house to life.
Hamilton previously shared: "It's a big renovation project in Mallorca, even though I've renovated a lot of houses since I was 19, it is a new thing for me renovating overseas so yeah, it's a bit different!"
Speaking to the Mirror, she continued: "I'm sure it will come with some challenges but it's really nice, when I'm helping other people to find their places in the sun, I will have actually first-hand gone through the experience myself as well.
"I'll be living and breathing the whole thing!"

Speaking to this publication back in May, Hamilton also talked about the difficulties that come with being on the popular travel show.
"Sometimes missing out on family events, being away with work," she told GB News as she discussed the few cons of the gig.
"I've, you know, I've had to miss out on things back home because I've been away," she added.
"That's probably the biggest sort of compromise I've sort of had to make."
The property expert also went on to explain her passion for presenting A Place in the Sun, detailing the importance of making a difference to people.
"The fact that we go back and we revisit people, you know that you're making big difference in somebody's life when they're filming the show with you, but then when you actually go back and revisit it just to see really how things have changed. That's pretty special," she reflected.

Laura Hamilton recently opened up on 'picky' A Place in the Sun guests

The hit Channel 4 show sometimes sparks backlash on social media over "picky" guests who seem hard to please.
Opening up about this recently, Hamilton explained: "Sometimes there might be things that they've pointed out from the property that aren't edited and shown on camera.
"But property is a big thing. It has to be right, I think people are entitled to be picky because it is a big thing to be doing and it is a big amount of money."
Defending the trickier guests, she concluded: "Lots of people are, you know, spending their life savings, so it needs to be right."
