22 Kids and Counting's Chloe Radford hits back at 'mum-shaming' trolls over clip of baby daughter: 'Shut up'

Radford captioned the clip of her daughter: "Helping mummy make fish pie for tea tonight.

"She loves watching me in the kitchen so thought I’d let her help tonight.

"I had hold of her hands and was watching her with the potato peeler before anyone says anything."

The video shows the one-year-old hold a potato peeler with her mum's hand on top as they get to work.

She also helps Radford tip the peas and fish pieces into a dish as well as squeeze the sauce on top.

However, despite Radford insisting she was making sure her child was safe, it didn't take long for some of her 149k followers to critique her parenting.

One fan suggested: "You can get a child’s safety peeler. I got it for my daughter that loves to cook and works so well for carrots etc. x."

While another fan pleaded: "You can get toddler safe utensils - knives, peelers etc @itschloeradford xx."

And a third hit out: "Do you not know that you should never let little children use sharp stuff eg potato peeler.

"She is only one so get her a safety set," the concerned user added.

However, this time Radford decided to respond to the critical followers as she simply replied: "Shut up."

Other followers took the time to praise the 28-year-old mum for spending quality time with her daughter and teaching her about cooking.

Radford's mum and fellow 22 Kids and Counting star Sue Radford even took to the comments to say: "Love this, could just eat a fish pie now."

While one fan weighed in: "Ahhh she’s so so cute looks just like her mummy xx bless her," followed by a love heart emoji.

And a second echoed: "You're an amazing mum, I loved helping mine in the kitchen. Teaching life skills is so important and is sorely lacking in some young people.

"I know this as I work with under 20 year olds and it's shocking what some of them can't do."

The 28-year-old is one of 22 children born to Sue and Noel Radford, who live in Morecambe and run their own bakery business.

The Radfords are Britain's largest family and often document what they're up to on social media as well as the Channel 5 docuseries.
