Passengers at Heathrow Airport are describing 'chaos' after a technical blunder caused baggage delays.
Travellers have been forced to wait for more than an hour for their baggage, with some claiming they've been forced to leave the airport without their belongings.
Taking to X, one person wrote: "Chaos at Heathrow terminal 5. No information. IT system down. We waited one and a half hours for baggage and are now on our way home without bags.
"We have to claim and have them delivered. Information would have been good - no one to say what was happening."

Another person wrote: "Absolute disgrace, @British_Airways landed on flight BA0491 at Heathrow Terminal 3 one hour 30 mins ago and still don’t have any luggage. Communication as to what’s going on is also appalling. Sort it out!!"
BA has been approached for comment.
