Royal commentator Charles Rae has claimed that Princess Kate gave a glimpse into her future activities as she hugged a cancer patient upon her royal return yesterday.

The Princess of Wales, 42, met with 16-year-old Liz Hatton, an aspiring photographer from Harrogate who is battling a rare and aggressive form of cancer.
