Tom Harwood reflected on the top news stories this morning after filling in for Camilla Tominey on her self-titled show.

In an exclusive video for GB News members, the GB News presenter and Deputy Political Editor discussed the news Donald Trump had been shot at yesterday during a rally in Pennsylvania.

Trump's friend, Nigel Farage, appeared on the programme, telling Tom he would be travelling to the US to support him "as soon as possible".

Tom also discussed interviewing Leader of the House of Commons Lucy Powell before the King's Speech on Wednesday.

He said: "She said that there will be bold action for growth. I wonder what that will entail - no doubt a bit of planning reform."
