When it comes to looking younger, women have plenty of options. From skincare to haircare, makeup to fashion, ladies do not have to be content with growing old gracefully.
As well as the external changes women can make, a wellness expert says there are lifestyle habits that can make them look younger and feel better - from the inside out.
Transformational wellness coach and founder of One Life at Home, Gillian McMichael, spoke exclusively to GB News about how women can turn back the clock with some simple habits.
Gillian urged ladies to get moving and prioritise an active lifestyle. She said: "Staying active is helpful for maintaining a healthy weight, but did you know that it has been proven to also help you look younger?

The expert recommended yoga, strength-based training and cardiovascular training

"Research has shown that if you take a balanced approach to exercises that includes yoga, strength-based training and cardiovascular training, it can slow your ageing at a cellular level by nearly 10 years."
Gillian also told women to cut down on their vices, urging them to "limit their alcohol and caffeine" intake. She said: "Reduce - if not stop - drinking alcohol and caffeine. Both can dehydrate your body and rob it of key nutrients.
"Your skin will look dull and fatigued, and if consumed a lot, the effects of skin pigmentation, bags under the eyes and colour of your skin could become permanent."
While the expert told women to cut their alcohol and caffeine consumption down, she urged them to up their water intake.
She said: "You should aim for eight glasses of filtered water each day to keep your skin looking radiant and support optimal health.
"Dehydration can quickly cause your skin to look dry and dull - emphasising wrinkles and ageing. Drinking enough water each day replenishes your skin’s tissue and cells, allowing for younger and healthier-looking skin."
Gillian's next tip for women was to nourish the body. She said: "Simply put, eating the rainbow means that you are eating a variety of colourful fruits and vegetables every day. The colours of food help take care of seven systems of the body, namely the adrenals, digestive system, heart, thyroid, reproductive glands, pituitary gland, and pineal gland.
"Each colour of food helps nourish the system of the same colour. Just like the rainbow comprises seven colours, food items also offer the entire spectrum. It’s the pigments or phytonutrients that give plants their unique colour.

"A plant-based diet will ensure that the body gets enough nourishment for all systems and overall health - as well as keeping your body young."
Finally, the expert told women the importance of getting some much-needed shut-eye. She said: "Another key to maintaining a youthful appearance is to simply get some rest.
"When you sleep, your body continuously releases hormones that promote cell turnover and renewal. Every night your body will detoxify and release the stresses and strains of the day, and you boost your immune system.
"You need to have lights out by 10.30pm at the latest to allow your mind and body to do the work it needs to overnight and to move into a deep sleep state."
