Bruce Willis' daughter has shared the latest update on the actor's condition

Bruce Willis has stayed out of the public eye since his frontotemporal dementia diagnosis was shared.

Members of his family have kept fans updated with the latest on his condition.

His daughter Tallulah Willis has spoken about her father's "really aggressive" illness.

Although his health is declining, Tallulah said much of Bruce is "still the same" and she can still feel his love.

She said: "He is the same, which, I think, in this regard I’ve learned is the best thing you can ask for.

"I see love when I'm with him, and it's my dad and he loves me."

Bruce has not made any recent public appearances but his wife Emma and family have given various updates on his health.

Tullulah added the family feel it is important to update the public on his condition and to raise awareness.

"What’s going on with my dad is he has a really aggressive cognitive disease, a form of dementia that’s very rare," she said on The Drew Barrymore Show.

"On one hand, it’s who we are as a family.

“But also, it’s really important for us to spread awareness about FTD because there’s not enough information out there.”

This comes as Bruce's friend shared the actor has trouble speaking.

His wife Emma recently said the family is unsure if Bruce is aware of his condition.

Frontotemporal dementia is a rare form of dementia which has symptoms such as unusual behaviour, emotional problems and trouble communicating.

Bruce's family publicly shared his diagnosis in March 2022.
