Ryan Reynolds is poised to miss Wrexham's blockbuster showdown with Manchester United at the Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego on Wednesday.
The actor is a hands-on owner at the League Two giants, having helped them climb back into the football league ever since purchasing the club two-and-a-half years ago.
But Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson has now revealed Reynolds won't be present for the match in America.
And that's because the 46-year-old is filming 'Deadpool 3' in England.

“Ryan is filming in England, I think, so he won’t be there, but Rob [McElhenney] will be.”
The first Deadpool film released back in 2016, hitting screens in February of that year.
And it proved to be a huge box office hit, with only eight movies making more money at the box office.
While the sequel divided opinion upon releasing in 2018, the film starring Reynolds, Josh Brolin and Zazie Beetz still managed to secure a ninth-placed finish in the box office table.
Only Mission Impossible: Fallout, Venom, Bohemian Rhapsody, Squaman, Incredible 2, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War finished higher.
Deadpool 3 is currently due to release in 2024.
And Reynolds has already teased fans by sharing an image of himself and Hugh Jackman in their superhero attire.
Jackman is returning to Marvel to play Wolverine, having last appeared in 2017's 'Logan'.
Though nothing has been confirmed just yet, there's talk of Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson appearing as Marvel Cinematic Universe characters Loki and Mobius.
And speculation has also suggested Ben Affleck will be returning as Daredevil, having previously played the superhero in the 2003 film of the same name.
Wrexham will be out to show they can compete with the best teams when they face off with United.
Erik ten Hag's side have won their opening three pre-season fixtures against Leeds, Lyon and Arsenal.
And though United aren't expected to field a strong side, they're still the favourites to secure victory in San Diego.
Meanwhile, Wrexham boss Parkinson believes the Red Dragons can emulate Luton by climbing up the divisions to reach the Premier League.
"I think that when you look at teams like Luton who go up, you've got to say why not?" said Parkinson.

"You have [a chance] because Luton were in this position, so I don't think it's a case of us getting carried away with it as ourselves."
He added: "I think if you understand that you need to build a club properly, put the foundations in place like a Luton Town have done, then why can't Wrexham emulate them one day?
"It really isn't a case of us getting carried away with ourselves.
"You know, Bournemouth years ago under Eddie Howe were on the brink of going out of business and have gone in the Premiership.
"Blackpool have been in the Premiership. There's lots of examples, so, yeah, why not Wrexham?
"But of course at the moment we're concentrating on the start of this season."
