Tom Brady's game clearly hasn't deserted him since retiring from the NFL a year ago.

NFL legend Tom Brady has proven he still has the ability to throw perfect precision passes after launching a ball to an onrushing Australian rugby league star Reece Walsh in a room full of people.

Brady touched down in Australia last week to embark on a speaking tour across the country.

After hosting his first 'An Evening with Tom Brady' in Melbourne last weekend, the NFL icon moved on to Brisbane for his second speaking event.

Several high-profile Australian sports people have attended the events to listen to Brady share his wisdom.

The event in Melbourne saw Brady launch a long pass to UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski, who also played semi-professional rugby in Australia.

And he repeated the impressive feat with 21-year-old Walsh, to huge cheers from inside the room in Brisbane.

A clip of the moment soon went viral on social media with several million people watching the NFL icon show off his impressive accuracy.

Walsh made a run for the catch through the packed hall with those in attendance taking their phones out to film the pass.

One X user gushed: "Bro still could win another superbowl."

Another posted: "He still got it, patriots could use him right now."

A third wrote: "That man just don't miss!"

One other person said: "Tom Brady makes it look easy."

Another replied: "Wow, Tom Brady's precision and talent are truly impressive! What a throw!"

Walsh, who plays as a fullback for the Brisbane Broncos in Australia's National Rugby League, managed to get the same ball signed by Brady after the event.

The young rugby star was clearly star struck as he gushed about Brady's sporting achievements.

“Not every day you get to see Tom Brady talk and then get to catch a ball and get it signed,” Walsh said.

“How he applied himself every day and his mentality … for myself, being at a younger age, it’s good to listen and hear one of the best players talk about his mindset and how he tackled every day.”

Brady is regarded by many as the greatest NFL star of all time with his seven Super Bowl wins and multiple records across his illustrious career.

Patrick Mahomes has his chance to win a third Super Bowl on February 11 when the Kansas City Chiefs face the San Francisco 49ers.

His run in the playoffs has already led to comparisons between Mahomes and Brady, but the latter has played down the conversation.

"I think that, there's nothing that Patrick can do, in my opinion, that takes away from what I tried to accomplish in my career," Brady said. "And there's nothing that I did that can take away from what he's trying to accomplish.

"All I tried to be was the best I can be.

"I could never be Steve Young; I can never be Joe Montana.

"I can never be Dan Marino or John Elway. These are my childhood idols. And they had incredible careers and they put as much as they could into their career and I really respect that. And I just try to do the same thing.

"And believe me, if anyone can go out there and win seven Super Bowls, I have so much respect for them. I understand how difficult it is. I'm going to congratulate them and give whoever it is a big hug."
