Ronnie O'Sullivan's father has continued his savage attack on snooker supremo Barry Hearn, insisting his son is being run into the ground by the hectic schedule after winning his World Open qualifier on Tuesday night.
O'Sullivan has been enjoying one of the best seasons of his illustrious career this year and added to his trophy haul with the World Grand Prix title at the weekend.
That came just one week after his triumph at the Masters for his 23rd Triple Crown triumph.
And he was back in action on Tuesday evening against Alfie Burden in a qualifier for the World Open, which will be held in China in March.
All players, even defending champion Judd Trump, are required to enter qualifying for the event.

O'Sullivan's dad has been outspoken on social media in recent weeks against the World Snooker Tour and Matchroom Sport president Hearn for the number of matches his son is being asked to play in a short space of time.
And he's gone on the offensive once again by joking his son doesn't even have "time for a s***".
O'Sullivan Snr took to social media before his son's World Open qualifier, reposting comments from a Eurosport article that pointed out how plenty of snooker players often 'threaten retirement' only to reverse on their decision when it comes down to doing it.
He then added his own comment by lamenting the current contract his son has with the WST.
O'Sullivan Snr wrote: "Man City won the treble last year. They’ve got two squads.
"They get rested have time out and my son hasn’t got time for a s*** shave and or a hair cut. The WST contract needs urgent attention.
"The snooker legend's father continued his social media tirade against snooker's governing body after O'Sullivan beat Alfie Burden to qualify for the event in China.
"Baz earner {Barry Hearn) would have been absolutely over the moon if Ronnie got beat," he wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
"Alfie Burden is a good solid pro and it would not have surprised me if Ronnie got beat. He needs a REST to prepare for the next tournament. WST hamptster wheel in motion.
"I've heard there's a reason why the top 16 have to qualify and if I know Baz carboot salesman and the rest of the Gestapo agents that do his bidding has something to do with CUT backs so he doesn't have to pull up ££."
His tirade against snooker's officials, adding: "The TV people that are responsible for putting the snooker on the box really don’t understand exactly how the snooker calendar works.

"They just leave it to baz hernia to supply the cattle. And they dont question the selection of players they want.
"They leave it to baz hernias control. So he can keep the players on the hampster wheel and wield his power over the players.
"Ronnie could be number one but not qualify because he was too fatigued to enter. Baz earner cuts his nose off to spite his face.

"If Ronnie had got beat by Alfie burden which was highly possible then Ronnie wouldn’t be going to China so that’s why he HAD to go to Barnsley because big bad bazzer is draining him.
"Baz earner is a tyrant. No one says ANYTHING because they get fined.
"It’s very hard to explain but I know I’m right and baz earner is wrong on this one.
"He will skate round issues. With statements like 'they don’t have to enter b***s***. Like Ronnie didn’t have to go to Barnsley b***s***."
