Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has ironically gone viral on social media for looking "awkward" while stood with Alexander Volkanovski's team during UFC 298 on Saturday night.
The Australian fighter was bidding to defend his UFC featherweight title against Ilia Topuria in Anaheim, California.
And he had a surprise guest walk out with him to the Octagon with Zuckerberg dressed head-to-toe in full coach's kit.
Zuckerberg looked the part as he shared a warm embrace with Volkanovski as the fighter got prepared for his bout.

The multi-billionaire then retreated to stand alongside the rest of the coaching team and appeared unsure of where to stand or what to do next.
Zuckerberg was filmed nodding his head along to the music while those either side of him pass along Volkanovski's clothes.
The 39-year-old repeatedly tried to get involved in passing the clothes over, but he was blanked on three separate occasions.
The short clip has since gone viral on social media with millions watching Meta chiefs' embarrassing moment.
One person wrote on X: "So awkward."
Another mocked: "That's actually one of the better times he's tried to look normal."
A third posted: "He is so damn awkward but weirdly enough the most human I’ve seen him in a long while."
Another noted: "He did not know what to do LOL."
One other social media comment read: "Zuck should stick to facebook not ufc."
Zuckerberg's appearance as part of Volkanovski's team failed to help the Aussie star as he lost his UFC featherweight belt.
Georgian-Spaniard Topuria decked the 35-year-old with a second-round knockout blow to clinch the first title of his career.

And the 27-year-old has now called out UFC icon Conor McGregor to face him in Spain.
"I know my skills. I work so hard. I knew one day I'd be a UFC world champion," Topuria said.
"It doesn't matter where you come from if you know where you're going. It's much more important what's in front of you."

"It's show time. It's time to take the UFC to Spain. And Conor McGregor, I will be waiting for you in Spain."
His comments came after McGregor predicted a win for Volkanovski against Topuria prior to the evening.
The two-weight UFC champion got it right when the bout would end, but failed to predict the winner.
He initially wrote on X: "Volk will get hurt early but come back and KO Ilia. Over in 2 rounds."
