Tempers boiled over during a hockey match between Germany and the Netherlands on Friday
Germany's hockey goalkeeper at the Paris Olympics has raged after being mocked by a Dutch player during the final of the competition on Friday.
Jean-Paul Danneberg was crushed after conceding the decisive penalty, which meant he and his team-mates were forced to settle for silver - instead of celebrating gold.
But the Germany goalkeeper was left incensed when Duco Telgenkamp ran over to rub salt into his wounds.
Telgenkamp shushed Danneberg and took a swipe at his helmet, which seemed to be in response to comments made before the clash when the German shot-stopper had suggested the Netherlands were 'afraid'.

Tempers boiled over after the incident, with Germany's Niklas Wellen grabbed by the neck by Netherlands player Floris Middendorp.
And Danneberg, speaking after the clash, has raged over the actions of the Dutch.
"That was the most disrespectful thing I have ever experienced in sport," said the 21-year-old.
"I don't know how someone can be such a bad winner.

The Dutch went ahead in the 46th minute when captain Theirry Brinkman struck to open the scoring.
Germany then levelled through Thies Prinz, who scored a penalty to restore parity.
