Gary Neville has made it clear he rates Marcus Rashford highly - but thinks the Manchester United star has got his timing wrong when it comes to going out clubbing.
The 26-year-old recently partied for two nights in Belfast before saying he was too ill to train.
United boss Erik ten Hag was visibly annoyed when quizzed on Rashford both before and after his side's 4-2 FA Cup win over Newport County on Sunday.
The Red Devils say Rashford has fronted up and accepted responsibility for his actions, with the forward now in contention to play against Wolves on Thursday night.

Yet many United fans are unhappy with Rashford, who has scored just four goals across all competitions this season.
Neville knows all about life at Old Trafford having won every major trophy under Sir Alex Ferguson.
But while he doesn't begrudge Rashford a night out, he does feel the United star has got his timing wrong.
"To me, going out for a drink or going out for a night out is something that every football player will do and should do so I've got no problem with that whatsoever," he said. "They need to enjoy themselves.
"It's just all about choices and timing.
"Manchester United have just had a winter break. They've had a couple of weeks off so there was a better moment for him to choose to go out.
"I would say, go out and have your moment where you relax with your friends, but your timing has to be right.
"Marcus himself knows - he's an experienced player now, we're not talking about a young lad - but he's done it a couple of times in the last few months.
"I've always seen Marcus as being really responsible, a good professional and someone who works hard every single day.
"I know he's going through a dip in form at this moment in time but it's happened twice and it can sometimes become your personality if you're not careful.
"If you do it too many times people can start saying, 'what's happening in his life?' He just needs to relax, calm down, choose when to go out and get back to playing football at the levels we know he can."
When Ferguson ruled the roost, players rarely stepped out of line.
The Scot wasn't afraid to come down hard on A-listers such as Wayne Rooney, David Beckham and Ruud van Nistelrooy during his stint in the dugout.
United have suffered with disciplinary issues ever since Ferguson stepped away from his post in the summer of 2013.
And Neville thinks his old boss, just like Ten Hag, would give the forward a 'dressing down'.

He added: "He [Ferguson] would have said a similar thing. Make sure you do it at the right moments."
Rashford was United's best player last term as they finished third in the Premier League table and won the Carabao Cup.
But his form has dropped off this term, with the player netting just four goals across all competitions.
Former Premier League striker Chris Sutton, meanwhile, has claimed Rashford is 'out of control' with his actions also branded as 'disgraceful'.
He said on the It's All Kicking Off podcast: "Marcus Rashford is like a good few Manchester United players at this moment in time.

"He thinks he's untouchable. This hasn't been the first time where he's had a misdemeanour. It's been continuous.
"He has no respect for the manager and no respect for his team-mates. That's the bottom line."
He added: "He's probably thinking he is going to outlast Ten Hag anyway but he's out of control as far as I can see.
"It's unbelievable. He is 26 now, Marcus Rashford. He has such a lack of respect for the manager. He's making his feelings quite clear, isn't he?
"I feel sorry for Ten Hag, but essentially we know which way this is going to go.
"Ten Hag will eventually end up leaving and Rashford will stay on and all the Manchester United fans further down the line will love Marcus again because he's 'Manchester United through and through'. But his actions have been utterly disgraceful."
