Harry Kane came back to haunt Arsenal, but Bayern Munich were let down by Eric Dier with the Champions League quarter-final finely poised.

Tottenham fans had a vested interest in Arsenal's Champions League quarter-final against Bayern Munich and may have felt they were on course for a mini-victory when Harry Kane put the Bundesliga side in front before the break.
Arsenal huffed and puffed in the second half as Bayern held firm, but the German side were ultimately undone after a mistake from Eric Dier.
The former Spurs centre-back flew into a challenge on Gabriel Jesus inside the box and missed before the Brazilian laid the ball off to Leandro Trossard in space to score an equaliser.
Kane bore the brunt of the abuse from the Arsenal crowd at the start of the match and they were quick to mock the 30-year-old when Bukayo Saka opened the scoring for the hosts.

Cameras panned to Kane immediately after Saka's effort hit the back of the net with the England striker looking forlorn.
But it was Dier who was in front of Saka and failed to stop the shot going into the bottom corner.
Arsenal's good mood didn't last long as Serge Gnabry equaliser minutes later for the visitors.
Things went from bad to worse for Mikel Arteta's side when Leroy Sane had the Arsenal defence backpeddling with a darting run into the box.
William Saliba eventually fouled the Germany international in the box with Kane grabbing the ball for the spot-kick.
Arsenal fans behind the goal tried everything to put Kane off, but the experienced striker kept his eye on the ball throughout and sent David Raya the wrong way with a confident finish.
There was no sign of panic from Arsenal as the half-time whistle blew, but there was a growing sense of urgency in the second half to find an equaliser.
And the hosts got their chance with 15 minutes remaining as Jesus skipped into the box.

Dier was guilty of diving in, leaving Bayern exposed at the back with Jesus laying the ball off to an onrushing Trossard who leathered his strike into the bottom corner to spark jubilation in the stadium.
Bayern were then on the backfoot for the final few minutes of the match with Thomas Tuchel taking off attacking stars such as Sane and Gnabry to try and shut up shop.

Arsenal were pressing for a late winner and there was drama at the end when the referee waved away pleas for a penalty after Saka went down inside the box after colliding with Manuel Neuer.
The England winger was left in a heap on the pitch clutching at his leg with replays showing there was contact.
But the full-time whistle was blown with Arsenal players surrounding the referee as the game ended in chaos.
