Andy Robertson was shown a straight red card in a pulsating opening 15 minutes between Liverpool and Fulham on Saturday.
The Reds were hosting the London outfit at Anfield sitting atop of the Premier League but went a goal down early in the contest to Andreas Pereira.
And Arne Slot will be furious after moments later, his side were reduced to 10 men.
That is because Robertson was shown a red card for foul play after Harry Wilson was racing down on goal.

The Scotland international scythed down the former Reds star and, as the last man, referee Tony Harrington had no choice but to send him off.
There was a lengthy VAR check, though, to look whether Wilson was in an offside position when the pass was made.
But the check was cleared and the red card remained, having denied a clear goal-scoring opportunity.
It had already been a feisty start to the match with three yellows cards dished out in quick succession, though Luis Diaz might feel aggrieved with his booking after going for an overhead kick.
And Fulham seemed to take advantage of the chaos by going a goal up through former Manchester United star Pereira.

In-form full-back Antonee Robinson delivered a fine cross for the Brazilian, who executed a stunning volley to beat Alisson.
The strike even took a slight deflection off Robertson before going in, making it a miserable day for the Scotsman.
Liverpool started the day four points clear of second-placed Chelsea in the Premier League.
With the Blues in top form, a title bid has emerged from the west corner of London - and their local rivals could hand them a huge boost with victory at Anfield.

However, Slot's men have been in stunning form this season and have lost just once in the league.
That came at home, though, a 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest against the odds.
As for Robertson, it has been a tough return from injury in recent weeks with two penalties conceded and now a red card.

Writing in the pre-match programme, Slot said: “A lot has happened since we last played at home – we have drawn a tough game away to Newcastle, had the Merseyside derby postponed due to bad weather and then travelled to Girona, where we continued our good results in the Champions League without producing the kind of performance that we know we are capable of.
“In this respect, Girona was a funny situation. The league table made for really positive reading and the result was another good one, particularly as we also kept our fifth clean sheet in that competition, but at the same time we all knew that we could and should have played better.
“This isn’t being overly critical. It is about us knowing the standards that we have to maintain and not allowing them to drop.
"The reason for this is simple – we are playing in competitions at home and abroad that have so many quality teams and it does not take much of a drop-off to make life difficult.
