The 20-year-old was too strong for Novak Djokovic in Sunday's enthralling final
Carlos Alcaraz has returned to his flat above a kebab shop in Spain following his Wimbledon triumph on Sunday.
The 20-year-old won his second Grand Slam with a dramatic victory over defending champion Novak Djokovic, who had won the last four mens finals on Centre Court.
Alcaraz has been snapped back in his homeland of Spain, with the youngster now poised to spend some time with his family.
The Wimbledon champion, who claimed US Open glory last year, lives with his parents in Murcia.

The Independent claim the flat is worth around £170,000, with the property located above the kebab shop ‘Turquesa Kebab & Pizza’.
A quick Google search shows the shop has three-and-a half stars out of five, with many customers happy with the food there.
As supporters greeted Alcaraz, the Spaniard said: “I'm absolutely grateful.
"Thank you so much, I´m very happy.”
And Alcaraz is now set to spend some time plotting more Grand Slam triumphs, with two under his belt already.
He'll be out to retain the US Open when that tournament commences in August.
One man also likely to be present is Djokovic, who was banned from playing in the competition last year due to his coronavirus vaccination status.
The Serb has, however, been allowed to play at the Australian Open already this year.
And Djokovic admitted after his defeat to Alcaraz on Sunday that he was hoping to lock horns with the 20-year-old in the United States.
“I hope we get to play in US Open. Why not?" he said.
“I think it’s good for the sport, No 1 and No 2 in the world facing each other in almost a five-hours, five-set thriller.
"[It] couldn’t be better for our sport in general, so why not?”
As for Alcaraz, meanwhile, the Spaniard has opened up on messages he's received since winning Wimbledon.
Actor Will Smith, as well as F1's Fernando Alonso and NBA's Jimmy Butler, have been among those to congratulate the Spaniard on his triumph.
