The Gypsy King has jetted back to the UK after spending some time in Saudi Arabia

Tyson Fury's daughter, Athena, has produced a hilarious reaction to the 35-year-old's black eye after his boxing bout with Oleksandr Usyk was pushed back.

Fury and Usyk had been due to fight in Saudi Arabia on February 17.

However, with the Gypsy King suffering an eye injury, their showdown has now been pushed back to May 18 instead.

Fury had spent the last few weeks training in Saudi Arabia as he looks to improve on his poor showing against Francis Ngannou last time out.

The Briton was fortunate to win via split decision in October, especially after being knocked down in round three.

Yet Fury will now have even more time to prepare due to his bout with Usyk being pencilled in for May, instead of this month.

The Gypsy King was caught by sparring partner Agron Smakici on Friday, with the 35-year-old since showing off images of his cut eye on social media.

But his young daughter, Athena, doesn't seem too bothered.

Fury's wife, Paris, has taken to social media to upload a video of Athena reacting to her husband's injury.

And Athena, when quizzed on Fury's eye, said: "I love it."

Fury certainly doesn't seem too down and, in the clip, looked delighted at being surrounded by his loved ones.

He will be banking on their support nearer the time of his fight with Usyk, who is set to represent one of the toughest tests of his career so far.

Meanwhile, there have been claims that Smakici has shown no remorse after injuring Fury in sparring.

But the 33-year-old has now hit back at those rumours in an interview with the Daily Express.

He told the newspaper: "I don't know who said that [about not showing any remorse].

"This is the first time I am speaking about this... I have not told this story.

"It was a strange day. Throughout the two weeks, I was sparring with him [Fury] we did hard sparring in the evenings but that day it was at about midday.

"During the spar, there was a lot of wrestling, and I also do professional wrestling so I had some good moments keeping him in the wrong positions.

"He was joking around, as he always does, and we were roughing each other up on the inside."

He then added: "When you see the punch, I know I shot a clear punch but the way he held my head, he was pulling my head forward to him.

"So, that's maybe why the elbow came through also.

"But it was a punch first of all. It was a freak accident.

"He [Fury] was very professional. He wasn't blaming anyone.
