Paul then proceeded to say that some of his democratic friends were 'freaked out'.
The boxing star says it isn't their 'fault', however, and blamed the media for planting what he perceives to be false information.
"I see some of my democratic friends are freaked out," he continued.
"It’s not your fault… Try to use more discernment in media and start by telling the truth to yourself first and then the world will become more clear to you.
"Now let’s all unite and work towards building a better America however we can. A truthful America."
Trump, meanwhile, declared victory on Wednesday morning.
And the 78-year-old was thrilled, insisting he will 'fight' for every American 'every day' - while also saying a 'golden age' lies in wait.
"Look what happened - is this crazy?" he said.
"I want to thank the American people for the extraordinary honour of being elected your 47th president.
"I will fight for you and your family and your future, every single day I will be fighting for you with every breath in my body."
Trump told the crowd it was a 'magnificent victory for the American people'.
He also claims to have won the popular vote, something he failed to do in 2016 and 2020, adding: "Winning the popular vote was very nice, it's a great feeling of love.
