The heavyweight star has continued to fall down the rankings

Mike Tyson has fallen down the heavyweight world rankings even further, two months on from his defeat to Jake Paul.

The 58-year-old had gone into their clash on November 15 hoping to roll back the years and produce a masterclass.

Yet that didn't happen, with Tyson looking every bit his age as he crashed to defeat at the AT&T Stadium in Texas.

After that bout, Tyson fell down to 309th in the heavyweight rankings - which was the lowest of his career.

But he's now dropped another 20 places, meaning the boxing legend is now ranked the 329th best heavyweight in the world.

The American's defeat to Paul was his third straight professional loss of his career and his seventh in total.

As for Paul himself, the 28-year-old had risen to 126 in the rankings in the immediate aftermath of his victory over Tyson.

But the former YouTuber has since dropped five more slots, meaning he's ranked 132 in the world.

It is currently unclear what the future holds for both men.

Tyson, immediately after his defeat to Paul, called out the youngster's brother, Logan Paul, insisting he'd be interested in a potential showdown.

However, he seemed to backtrack straight after when he described the recent clash as his 'last' fight in boxing.

Tyson was always going to be up against it due to his age and the fact his opponent had youth on his side.

And Iron Mike recently admitted that he felt he 'blacked out' at times during the fight - and that he hasn't watched it back.

"I don't remember the fight that much, I kind of blanked out," revealed the boxing icon.

"I haven't watched the fight back.

"You know what I remember... coming back from the first round and Jake was doing some sort of bow... that's the last thing I remember."

Meanwhile, some boxing fans were left unhappy with the fight - and even went as far to suggest it was rigged.

But Paul's company, Most Valuable Promotions, fiercely denied those allegations in the days that followed the bout.

“MVP would like to set the record straight regarding the contractual agreements and the nature of the fight,” they said in a statement.

“Rigging a professional boxing match is a federal crime in the United States of America. Paul vs Tyson was a professional match sanctioned by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR).

“Both fighters in good faith performed to the best of their abilities with the goal of winning the fight.

"There were absolutely no restrictions – contractual or otherwise – around either fighter.

"Each boxer was able to use his full arsenal to win the fight. Any agreement to the contrary would violate TDLR boxing rules.”
