Jake Paul has deleted a tweet about Tyson Fury after the heavyweight icon announced his retirement from boxing on Monday.
The 36-year-old British legend took to Instagram to make the unexpected announcement.
"Hey everybody, I am going to make it short and sweet. I would like to announce my retirement from boxing," Fury stated.
The Gypsy King added: "It has been a blast and I have loved every single minute of it. I'm going to end with this - Dick Turpin wore a mask. God bless everybody and see you on the other side."

Paul then deleted social media post that had hinted at a potential showdown with the newly-retired Fury.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer, 27, had posted: "Well there goes the big announcement. Guess we need to refocus on the other Fury again."
The message suggested plans were in motion for a fight between Paul and the heavyweight champion before Fury's retirement announcement scuppered the possibility.

Fury's retirement comes after consecutive defeats to Oleksandr Usyk, marking a challenging end to his professional career.
The announcement also appears to have ended hopes of a potential clash with Anthony Joshua, 35, which boxing fans had long anticipated.
The timing of Fury's departure has sent shockwaves through the boxing world, coming after two losses to the 37-year-old Ukrainian champion.
Paul's recent activities have included a controversial bout with Mike Tyson, 58, in November, which drew criticism over the significant age gap between the competitors.
The American boxer is currently in training for his next fight, with speculation mounting about a potential rematch with Tommy Fury.
Tommy Fury, who defeated Paul via split-decision in Saudi Arabia in February 2023, recently withdrew from a scheduled fight with former UFC star Darren Till.

PAHe told The Sun: "I mean there probably is a significant part of him that thinks, 'Oh I want to retire.'
"And he might be speaking it into existence. He might get a true feel of what it's like to retire but I don't think he wants to retire.
"And boxing moves on so quick, I don't think he's the sort of fella that could walk away if there's a big fight on the table.
"I reckon it's a negotiation tactic, maybe it's a mind game thing with Anthony Joshua."
