Fergie, 65, took to Instagram with a new video recorded on the Windsor Estate

Sarah Ferguson narrowly avoided slipping in a new video as the Duchess of York remains in Royal Lodge with Prince Andrew.

Fergie, 65, took to Instagram with a new video recorded on the Windsor Estate, accompanied by the late Queen Elizabeth II's corgis, Sandy and Muick.

In the video, Sarah stood at first talking directly to the camera, but then proceeded to sit down on a bench that looked quite crooked, old, and covered in moss.

She said: "I'm taking you here with me today and we're sitting on this bench."

As the duchess went to sit down, the bench began to wobble.

Sarah paused for safety and went: "Ooh," in a high-pitched voice before saying, "Yes we are sitting on the bench!"

Fergie's Instagram caption read: "As we reflect on the year gone by and the one that lies ahead, I know 2024 has been a challenging time for many.

"In my life, I was diagnosed with skin cancer and breast cancer. I'm not ashamed to say that it's been tough. Sometimes, all of us are overwhelmed by loneliness, anxiety, or sleeplessness.

"So this year, I decided to seek out tools that can help with healthfulness, wellness, and peacefulness. That's why I'm excited to be partnering with @zoul.meditate, a new meditation, wellness, and sleep app. In those times when I needed a simple reminder that “everything will be okay.”

"Zoul's personalised voice has helped me to find peace, quiet my mind, and work on my own inner strength and resilience. As part of our partnership, Zoul is providing valuable audio content in 17 languages, supporting communities worldwide facing mental health challenges.

"They will also donate to my charity, @sarahs_trust_, to fund mental health and wellness initiatives across the UK and globally. I'm incredibly proud of this collaboration.

"Our shared mission to bring mindfulness and a focus on mental wellbeing to everyday life is something I truly believe in. You can listen to my audio messages and read the letter I've written for you now for free on Zoul.

"I hope these tools will help you find peace, strength, and resilience as we move into 2025. I believe in this mission so much, I am an equity partner and I plan to share more of my journey with Zoul throughout 2025 so do download the app and join me if you'd like to be a part of it."

Sarah's video was recorded outside Royal Lodge, where she has lived with her ex-husband Prince Andrew since 2008.

The former couple remain close and celebrated Christmas at the property alone this year.

Their eldest daughter, Princess Beatrice, joined King Charles and the wider Royal Family at Sandringham.

Meanwhile, Princess Eugenie, 34, celebrated the festive season with her husband Jack Brooksbank and his family.
