Buckingham Palace announced the King was diagnosed with cancer in February
Queen Camilla's son has called cancer "the most awful disease" amid the King's health battle.
Tom Parker Bowles, the Queen's only son, hosted a charity event this week to raise money for the Royal Marsden in memory of a young mother-of-two.
He said: "Cancer is…it is a truism, it is the most awful disease and so many people have been affected by it in every single way.
"I don't know anyone in this room who has not been affected by this disease."

Parker-Bowles added: "So many people have come together to celebrate the most wonderful woman and thank you all so much for coming."
The charity event was in memory of Emma Bishop, who died three weeks ago of incurable stage 4 lung cancer, aged just 38.
Despite undergoing treatment for the disease, she raised £100,000 for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity (RMCC).
The mother of two ran the London Marathon in April 2023, spearheading the fundraiser herself.

He agreed "instantly" to host the event, according to a friend who spoke to The Mail.
King Charles's stepson was accompanied by celebrity chef Gizzi Erskine, who provided the food at the sold-out cancer treatment and research fundraiser, held at Ixchel London on King's Road.
The charity is close to his heart as they treated his former girlfriend, Alice Procope, who died of cancer aged 42 in March 2021.
