Sophie and Edward manage to keep their children out of the public spotlight
Prince William and Princess Kate use Edward and Sophie as "role models" and follow the example they set keeping their children out of the limelight, a royal commentator has claimed.
The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh manage to keep there children out of the eyes of the public while maintaining their positions as senior royals, with their daughter Lady Louise even taking a job in a garden centre.
Daily Mail's Royal Editor Rebecca English claimed: "It is unsurprising to many in royal circles that they have become role models to the Prince and Princess of Wales, who greatly admire the way they have brought up their children out of the public spotlight (at one point 16th-in-line-to-the-throne Louise even had a job working in a local garden centre for £6.83 an hour)."
Louise joined her parents, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh to celebrate Trooping the Colour on Saturday.
Despite not being in the public eye often she does attend a few annual royal events in between her studies at St Andrew's University.
The King's niece has been praised for her poised behaviour at royal events, with many commentators suggesting she would make a great addition to the Firm.
