Neither Princess Charlotte nor Prince George were allowed to attend Wimbledon until they were eight years old

Prince Louis most likely missed out on joining his parents at sporting events due to his age.

It comes as Prince William took Prince George to the Euro2024 final in Berlin and Princess Kate took Princess Charlotte to the Men's Singles final at Wimbledon.

Prince George, 10, and Princess Charlotte, nine, have both attended Wimbledon twice already. However, in both cases, the royal children did not attend the event at the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club until they were eight.

The tournament also has strict rules about excessive noise from spectators, and the young six-year-old Prince Louis has previously been described as a "Cheeky Monkey" by sources close to the family.

Prince Louis also did not attend Taylor Swift's Eras Tour show at Wembley Stadium in London when his father and siblings snapped a selfie with Swift and partner, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce.

While Princess Kate, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis didn't travel to Germany for the football game, they watched the game at home.

The Prince and Princess of Wales shared a photo of their two youngest children watching the final on TV, with the two wearing personalised football shirts featuring their names and current ages as their numbers.

The couple shared the photo with the caption saying: "@England, your teamwork, grit and determination were an inspiration to all of us, young and old. Congratulations to Spain. W & C."

The youngest child of the Prince and Princess of Wales has scored a strong following thanks to his cheeky appearances at royal events.

These include pulling funny faces at Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee and punching his fists at planes during Trooping the Colour.

Last year, Kate admitted at the men's singles final that Louis was left "very upset" at missing the event. This year, the Princess of Wales made just her second public appearance of 2024 as she presented the trophy to Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz.

The royal had previously stepped out on June 15 at Trooping the Colour, her first public engagement since being diagnosed with cancer earlier this year.
