Record producer Rodney Jones (Lil Rod Jones) filed the lawsuit against Combs alleging he coerced him to solicit prostitutes.
Combs, 54, has been the subject of several lawsuits, including for sexual assault, in recent months.
Combs's lawyers denied these claims, saying: "We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies."
In court documents filed in New York, Jones's lawyers claim guests were drawn to Combs' alleged sex-trafficking parties because of his "access to celebrities such as famous athletes, political figures, artist, musicians, and international dignitaries like British Royal, Prince Harry".

"Mr. Combs was known for throwing the “best” parties. Affiliation with, and or sponsorship of Mr. Combs sex-trafficking parties garnered legitimacy and access to celebrities such as famous athletes, political figures, artist, musicians, and international dignitaries like British Royal, Prince Harry."
Prince Harry's name in the court documents came hours after Combs's Los Angeles and Florida mansions were raided by the Department of Homeland Security.
Prince Harry met P Diddy and Kanye West at a post-concert party in 2007, where they were photographed together.
The royal hosted the party to thank those who performed at the "Concert for Diana" at Wembley Stadium in 2007.
