Prince Harry has "one word" he is yet to say to help heal his ongoing rift with the Royal Family, it has been claimed.

The Duke of Sussex recently returned to the UK for the funeral of his uncle Lord Robert Fellowes, where he was met with silence from brother Prince William.

And with Harry set to re-release his controversial memoir Spare with no redactions or updates, the move has sparked concern for his ever-distant relationship with the wider Royal Family.

Sources close to the Duke have also ruled out a possible return to the fold, with some telling the Telegraph that the Prince is "very much happy and settled" in California, with "no interest" in returning to royal duties.

Discussing the rift between Harry and the Royal Family, commentator Lizzie Cundy claimed that there is "one word" Harry hasn't said to his family to help heal the ongoing feud.

Cundy told GBNA: "Prince William won't doesn't want him back, and I think Harry needs to take a look at himself.

"There's one word he hasn't said, which is 'sorry' - seems to be the hardest word for them both, but they need to apologise."

Discussing the reports of Harry ruling out a possible part-time return to the monarchy, Cundy suggested that both the Sussexes have "lost popularity" in America and they could also possibly lose their multi-million dollar deal with Netflix.

Cundy explained: "Let's not forget, the Netflix contract is going - everything they touch seems to turn to rubbish.

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:

"They've lost all credibility, they've lost popularity, they've lost their way."

Offering her verdict on the reports of Harry considering a UK return, host Nana Akua admitted that she is "not surprised" that the Duke may be "unhappy in his situation" in America.

She added: "It's not really surprising that apparently he's unhappy with his current situation, and here are now rumours that he wants to return to the fold of the Royal family.

"I don't know how true they are, but these things do tend to end up having a ring of truth to them."

Cundy agreed with Nana, responding: "Harry's feeling very isolated, unhappy and lonely, and he's reaching out to his old friends. But he's done this all to himself.

"And the fact is, he is looking rather disheveled. He's in America, he hasn't got any family, friends, and he literally is on his own and Meghan is doing her own thing."

Cundy continued: "They didn't want to be working royals, but they sold their family down the river. And sadly, it's come to bite them both on the derriere.

"People and brands don't want to work with them anymore."
