Royal commentator Pandora Forsyth has described the impact of Prince Harry's visit to the UK on his relationship with wife Meghan Markle, following the King's announcement.
The Duke of Sussex flew back to London from Los Angeles on Monday night, after Buckingham Palace confirmed King Charles has been diagnosed with "a form of cancer".
The King is said to be "wholly positive" as he begins "regular" treatment, withdrawing from public-facing duties for the foreseeable future.
Reuniting with his family on Tuesday, Prince Harry was granted a police escort as he travelled to Clarence House from Heathrow Airport.

After a meeting that lasted "a maximum of 45 minutes", a helicopter was spotted leaving Buckingham Palace and was followed by King Charles and Queen Camilla leaving the Palace in a car, waving to the crowds waiting outside.
The Duke of Sussex's brother, Prince William, is said to have made "no plans" to reunite with Harry as he remains in the UK for an unknown amount of time.
Speaking to GBN America, commentator Pandora Forsyth detailed the possible strain the trip may have on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's relationship, as she remains in their California home with children Archie and Lilibet.
Forsyth shed doubt on the Duchess of Sussex joining the Duke in the UK and said it will be "interesting" to see how long Prince Harry stays in the UK for.

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Forsyth told GBN America host Nana Akua: "I'm sure that whatever actions Harry now takes will have a massive effect back there.
"He's got family here, but he's also set up a whole new life there and there are now children and a marriage involved, so everything will have a knock on effect on their relationship."
Nana responded: "You can't help but think that if that were me and I was with somebody who had literally ignored their own father who wasn't very well, you might look on that person differently."
She then asked Forsyth how she would personally feel in the same situation.

Forsyth admitted: "I think given all of the history involved with their relationship, I think it's two very, very separate situations.
"The Royal Family is an institution, there's sort of a business going on, as it were. Whereas with Meghan's father, it's a personal daughter-father relationship."
She continued: "This would have been a conversation that Meghan and Harry I'm sure would have had, and put two and two together. I'm sure that they absolutely would have had it."
