The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are working on multiple projects for the streaming giant.
A source close to the couple told the Telegraph that it was proving "tough" for the Sussexes to move forward with their concepts due to the strike.
However, in a major boost for the couple, screenwriters in the US have said they have reached a tentative deal with studio bosses that could bring the strike to an end.
It has been the longest strike affecting Hollywood in decades, lasting nearly five months.

Despite the agreement, members of The Writers Guild of America (WGA) will still have the final say to call off the strike.
A separate dispute involves actors, who are also on strike.

The Sussexes are collaborating on a new show which is inspired by Charles Dickens's Great Expectations that will be titled Bad Manners.

The couple alongside Netflix also secured rights to Meet Me At The Lake, a romantic novel written by Carley Fortune.
The bestselling book presents the love story of a couple in their 30s, which explores themes of mental health, postnatal depression and the childhood trauma of losing a parent in a car crash.
Netflix and the Sussexes shelled out around £3million to secure the rights to the novel.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's self-titled docu-series Harry & Meghan broke streaming records as it became the biggest Netflix documentary debut, with a total 81.6 million hours watched on its first four days of release in December 2022.
However, Prince Harry's Heart of Invictus, which was released in August 2023, has not seen the same success and Meghan's animated series Pearl was shelved by the streamer due to cutbacks.
Netflix, Meghan and Harry will all be keen for the next wave of projects to produce numbers similar to the royal's debut series on the platform.
