Prince Harry's relationship with estranged brother Prince William will "remain frosty for many years" before any reconciliation, it has been claimed.
The Duke of Sussex and Prince of Wales were forced into a reunion as Harry secretly returned to Britain for the funeral of his uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes in Norfolk.
Locals in the town where the service was held on Wednesday said the royal brothers "kept their distance" and "did not speak to each other".
Discussing the reunion on GB News, former Royal Correspondent at The Sun Charles Rae claimed the Duke "only has himself to blame" for the falling out between him and the Royal Family.

Rae told GB News: "The Oasis brothers had a frosty relationship for a great many years, and I suspect that William and Harry are going to have an even frostier relationship for a good few years.
"For people to call it a reunion, it was hardly that. They were at the same place, it was a funeral, they sat at the back. As I understand it, they didn't look at each other and they certainly didn't talk to each other."
Casting more doubt over any possible making up for the brothers, Rae added that their lack of interaction at the funeral "doesn't bode well for the future of any hope that there's going to be any reconciliation".
Highlighting previous reports from sources close to Harry which claimed the Duke would not be attending the funeral, Rae said he "surprised us all" in making the journey over.

Rae explained: "At the beginning of the week, when Harry was spotted at the airport, there was a big thing made that he was coming to New York to attend a UN climate change meeting, which doesn't happen till next week.

"But his people were giving indications that he wasn't going to attend the funeral. So we all thought he's doing the right thing and taking any possibility of friction away from a funeral.
"Now, fortunately, he surprised us all, he's gone to the funeral. He's paid his last respects to his uncle, and Harry will be back on the plane again, I'm assuming, heading straight back to the States."
When asked by host Emily Carver if he believes the British public have "finally let go" of Prince Harry, Rae agreed, responding: "It is very sad, there's no question about how sad it is. But Harry's only got himself to blame for all this.
"Given what has gone on in the past, he was disrespectful to Catherine in various guises - that's not something a husband forgets about in the great scheme of things."

Offering her view on the silent reunion of Harry and William, Emily admitted it must have been "very awkward" for them to have attended such a personal event without interacting with one another.
Emily told GB News: "It must have been very awkward to be sat at a funeral, to attend a funeral and not even share a word.
"Obviously no hug, not even a handshake, no exchange of anything. It's all terribly sad, isn't it."
