Prince Andrew's bitter royal feud is continuing with King Charles as the Duke of York "does not own his home", according to a property expert.
The Duke of York resides in the £30million Windsor-based Royal Lodge with his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson.
However, King Charles, 75, is keen for Prince Andrew to move out of the property and live in the smaller home, Frogmore Cottage, where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle used to live.
Prince Andrew is thought to be fighting hard to keep the property in the hopes of passing it down to his daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie someday.
Robin Edwards, a buying agent at Curetons Property Finders, spoke exclusively to GB News to explain why the royal feud will not be ending anytime soon.
He said: “In August 2003, Prince Andrew was granted a 75-year lease from the Crown Estate, encompassing Royal Lodge, several cottages, a chapel lodge, police accommodation and 40 hectares of land.
“It is just a lease agreement though, he does not own the property and it ultimately remains the property of the Crown Estate."
The Crown Estate is owned by the monarch, King Charles, "in right of the Crown", according to its website.
Prince Andrew stepped back from royal duties after the disastrous 2019 Newsnight interview his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Though he has been seen at more royal events in the past few months, including Christmas at Sandringham and Easter at St George’s Chapel, the feud with his brother threatens to upend that.
Palace sources previously told The Sun that the King could “reconsider the levels of support he is willing to provide” Andrew if the duke refuses to leave Royal Lodge in favour of Frogmore Cottage.
Frogmore is also located on the Windsor Estate and is the former home of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who were ordered to vacate the property in 2023.

The orders to vacate the property came just after the publication of Prince Harry's memoir, Spare, released in January 2023.
Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank also lived in Frogmore Cottage for a short period.
Andrew’s chief argument for remaining at Royal Lodge is that he is in possession of a 75-year lease.
However, the former home of the Queen Mother is reported to be “crumbling” and “needs extensive repairs”, thought to be worth £400,000.
