Speaking to Australian TV Network 7NEWS in a documentary which aired last night, Markle Snr revealed that he had suffered a stroke last year that had left him severely debilitated.
Despite his health struggles, he detailed that Meghan had failed to reach out to him.
"If she doesn't turn up for a stroke - if that doesn't move her - what would?'," he said.
The documentary is said to be the last time that Markle Snr plans to speak to the media.
In what was described as a "deathbed" plea, he made a final appeal to be reunited with Meghan and to meet his two grandchildren: "It's a huge disappointment and it's sad every day."
He added: "They're going to have my nose, they're going to have my eyes."
Breaking down as he recalled his hurt at the lost of relationship with his daughter, he said he would do anything to fix the relationship.
"Her childhood was with me. Every time we had a chance to go somewhere and do something, we would," he said.
