Royal biographer Angela Levin has claimed that Prince Harry was a "spare" during his trip to Nigeria with Meghan Markle.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex embarked on a three-day visit to the African nation where they met with beneficiaries of their Archewell charity and helped promote the Invictus Games by speaking to Nigerian veterans.
Speaking to GBN America, Levin said that Meghan was "pushing and pulling Harry" wherever she wanted to go, and at one point "pushed in front of him" during a photo call.
The couple were seen posing for photos with Nigeria's Chief of General Staff General Christopher Gwabin Musa as they attended the Armed Forces Complex in Abuja.

Discussing Meghan's behaviour during their trip, Levin claimed: "She pulls him where she wants to go and he's still talking.
"She pulls him and she gives him a look and he has to come with her. I don't think she realises that. Who does that in public?"
GBN America host Nana Akua disagreed with part of Levin's remarks, and claimed that the Duchess "doesn't care" about how she is with Prince Harry at public engagements.
Nana suggested: "I don't think she particularly cares anyway, even if she did realise because we hear she reads a lot of the stuff.

"But when they lined up for the photograph, there was not room for him."
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Levin concurred with Nana, adding: "Yes, absolutely terrible, she just pushed her way in. He didn't want to be the only one at the back in the second row by himself.
"He was like the spare, that's what struck me. The photo was being taken and he tried to get in. The person on one side didn't want to know, and Meghan wouldn't let him. She kept pushing him back. Why do that in public?"
Levin then admitted the move was "so cringe making" and it "broke her heart" that Meghan did that to him.
She told GBNA: "It breaks my heart that you can do that to somebody. I spent 15 months with him, and I think that it's very sad that this is what he's come to, that he can't actually get in the front row when with his wife. it's very sad."

Discussing Meghan Markle's behaviour in the public eye, Levin claimed that the Duchess "doesn't have an idea of how she comes across".
She added: "I do think genuinely, she believes that everybody is completely interested in her. We saw this on their trip to Africa.
"She's in a box which wants to talk about women and what they're doing in the difficult world, and then she's telling them all about herself and being a mum and how much she loves her children. That's fine, but it's inappropriate at a certain time. I think she can't see herself."
Nana then argued that Meghan "isn't wrong" in that belief, given the global interest in the Sussexes. She told Levin: "Look at the headlines, the papers, everything. She's not wrong."
