King Charles fought back tears as he unveiled statues of his parents Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip this evening.
The statues were revealed upon the arrival of the King and Queen Camilla at the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance.
The new sculptures were commissioned by the Royal Albert Hall.
The life-sized bronze artworks were erected as part of the Royal Albert Hall's 150th anniversary.

The president of the Royal Albert Hall, Ian McCulloch, said regarding the statues: "It is particularly fitting for our distinctive building to mark the contribution to our history of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, who supported and attended the hall devotedly for so many decades."
The Prince and Princess of Wales joined King Charles at the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall tonight.
Princess Anne, Prince Edward and the Duchess of Edinburgh also attended the event in a strong display of unity from the Royal Family.
This year’s Festival of Remembrance commemorated the milestone anniversaries of two historical conflicts.

It is the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic and the 70th anniversary of the Korean War.
The event also acknowledged the unique contribution of the Windrush generation, 75 years on from the arrival of of HMT Empire Windrush.

The Invictus Games is an annual major sports event for wounded, injured and sick servicemen and servicewomen, both serving and veterans.
Following emotional interviews with several Invictus Games athletes at the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance, royal fans took to social media to pay tribute to the Duke of Sussex.
One wrote: "The acknowledgement of the Invictus Games at the festival of remembrance was astounding. We would love to have you home Prince Harry."
Another said: "Absolutely brilliant segment devoted to the excellence of the Invictus Games. Thank you, Prince Harry, they’ll never take that from you."
