Chazan said: "I think that King Charles will get a very warm welcome here.
"He has a very good command of French so we can expect him to do what he did in Germany and address the French in their own language, speaking it very well.
"That is something that I think will touch the French very much."
King Charles was forced to postpone his first State Visit to France in March 2023 over security concerns amid rising tension in the country.
In a statement, Buckingham Palace said: "The King and The Queen Consort’s State Visit to France has been postponed.
"Their Majesties greatly look forward to the opportunity to visit France as soon as dates can be found."
A Government spokesperson explained: "This decision was taken with the consent of all parties after the President of France asked the British Government to postpone the visit."
Following the postponement of his trip to France, King Charles's first State Visit was to Germany instead.
During the first day of his State Visit to Germany, King Charles spoke of his late mother Queen Elizabeth II and thanked the German people for the messages of "support and affection" they sent after the Queen died.
