King Charles is "raring to go" as plans for a royal tour are set to accelerate, sources have claimed.
The monarch is thought to be considering a two-week state visit to Australia after his cancer treatment started positively.
King Charles, 75, and Queen Camilla, 76, could be visiting Oceania in October following the monarch's successful Easter Sunday royal walkabout.
The sovereign has also reportedly told aides he is "supercharging" plans for a two-week trip where he would also visit New Zealand and Samoa.

A source told The Sun: "The King is raring to go after a significant amount of time off due to his cancer diagnosis.
"He knows he can't hang around and is feeling extremely positive after tests meant he could attend the Easter Sunday service and spend time meeting the public, which he has missed.
"He's over the moon with the way treatment has gone and supercharging plans for Australia, New Zealand and Samoa."
King Charles is said to be feeling "over the moon" that his cancer treatment has started well.

They added that "the road ahead is looking positive", although they maintained that "caution is the watchword".
The upcoming tour would differ significantly from usual royal trips, including "significant downtime".
The Australian tour is seen as very important for the King, with the late Queen Elizabeth II visiting the country 16 times in her 70-year reign.

On Tuesday, the King announced the appointment of Sam Mostyn as the next Governor-General of Australia.
She will officially take her place in July as King Charles III's representative.
It comes just days after the King was left feeling "optimistic" after meeting royal fans alongside Queen Camilla on Easter Sunday.
