King Charles and Queen Camilla's trip to Jersey was today rocked by security fears.
The King and Queen are undertaking a two-day tour of Jersey and Guernsey across Monday and Tuesday.
However, this afternoon the royal couple were pulled away from an engagement due to a "false alarm".
The Queen was eating an ice cream when a member of her security team whispered something to her.

The King and his wife were then pulled away and taken to a nearby hotel.
An investigation was conducted and it was judged to be safe to resume the engagement.
A full background check was carried out before the resumption of Monday's programme.
It is understood the incident turned out to be a false alarm.

Charles and Camilla have braved the rain throughout their trip to Jersey.
The poor weather has also not deterred islanders from turning out to welcome the King and Queen.
