Princess Kate and Prince William set to make change behind the scenes

The job posting comes at an abnormally busy time for the family with Kate's cancer treatment and return to public life underway
Prince William and Princess Kate are set to make a fresh appointment at Kensington Palace after Their Royal Highnesses (TRH) have begun their search for a new staff member.
In a new job posting on their website, the Waleses have announced they are looking to bring in a "Correspondence Specialist" to manage the mountains of mail the royal couple doubtless receieve.
In the posting, the role is said to involve:
Kensington Palace is on the lookout for a new Correspondence Specialist

The posting, which advertises for a 37.5-hour work-week, also tells applicants that the role would involve visiting other Royal Households around the country - presumably accompanying Prince William and Princess Kate on their travels.
It says the royal couple are on the hunt for someone with "excellent communication skills with a flair and passion for written correspondence".
But it also stresses the need for candidates to "have the ability to understand and interpret complex portfolio related information and be able to make decisions about appropriate responses and courses of action".
While "an interest in the work of TRH is desirable", the posting rams home the point that any Correspondence Specialist at Kensington Palace would always be able to maintain the "highest levels of confidentiality" and work with "extreme tact and discretion".

The advert for the role, which opened earlier in June and closes in just three days, likely comes at an abnormally busy time for the Waleses.
With Kate's cancer treatment and return to public life underway, William's appearance at a Taylor Swift gig, and their children's unforgettable public appearances making headlines, the post boxes at Kensington Palace will doubtless be filling up by the day.
Just days ago, the Princess of Wales released a written statement - the first sentence of which directly made reference to the kind of correspondence with which the palace's "Specialist" will have to deal.
Kate said: "I have been blown away by all the kind messages of support and encouragement over the last couple of months.
