The Princess of Wales will not be travelling to Singapore in November
Princess Kate will not attend the Earthshot Prize Awards in Singapore this November, due to Prince George's exams happening around the same time, GB News can confirm.
Prince William will instead travel alone to host the awards, which he founded in 2020.
Kensington Palace today confirmed the news that the Princess of Wales will not be attending the Earthshot Prize in Singapore alongside Prince William in November.
Prince George, 10, has exams that week and Princess Kate is said to want to be at home to support him.
Kate and William attended the Earthshot Prize Awards together in 2022, which were held in Boston.
The princess dazzled in an emerald green dress from Solace London, which she had rented from HURR.
According to reports in The Mail, Kate's absence at the upcoming Singapore awards has been dubbed a "huge blow" to organisers.
The Prince of Wales founded the awards in 2020, saying he wanted to turn "current pessimism surrounding environmental issues into optimism by celebrating the people and places driving change".

The awards show is designed to honour people who are tackling environmental issues.
Each winner is given £1million to continue their work to battle climate change.
Last year, the Princess of Wales presented an award, while looking gorgeous in green.
The Sabrina frock, by Solace London, cost £74 to rent, which was seen as a very sustainable move by the princess.
