Princess Kate and Prince William may have "taken lessons" from Prince Harry's memoir, a royal commentator has claimed.
The Duke of Sussex's memoir Spare was released in January 2023, which included several firsthand accounts of growing up inside the Royal Family.
For example, Harry, 39, wrote about having a smaller bedroom than his older brother when staying at Balmoral Castle as children.
He also mentioned how his late great-aunt, Princess Margaret, gifted the prince a pen one year for Christmas, which Harry viewed as "cold-blooded".

Gareth Russell, a royal author, spoke exclusively to GB News to explain how Harry's emotions came across strongly in the book.
He said: "It's very clear from his memoir, whether rightly or wrongly, that he felt shunted to one side and that even was with a mother as loving as Diana."
The author, who wrote The Palace: From the Tudors to the Windsors, 500 Years of Royal History at Hampton Court, spoke about how younger children in the Royal Family can sometimes feel "overlooked".
Therefore, this could be a lesson that the Prince and Princess of Wales have likely taken with their own three children.
Russell added: "There can be a risk with younger children feeling overlooked.
"So yes, there are probably lessons taken from how Prince Harry felt, even though many of the royals do not agree with the way he expressed those feelings in the end."
As well as releasing his autobiography, the duke starred in a Netflix docuseries with his wife Meghan, which was released in December 2022.
During the six-episode series, the duke and duchess opened up about their 18-month stint as working royals.

PALATEST ROYAL NEWS:
Prince Harry said at one point the palace "were happy to lie to protect my brother".
He added: "They were never willing to tell the truth to protect us."
Harry and Meghan now live in Montecito, Santa Barbara, with their two children, Prince Archie, four, and Princess Lilibet, two.
They stepped down as working royals in January 2020, and have not made a joint appearance in the UK since Queen Elizabeth II's State Funeral.
